WHERE WE WORK

ICCA targets its activities in 95 districts in 13 selected regions in Uganda over a period of 10 years. The entry regions with the highest levels of multidimensional child poverty and therefore increased vulnerability to violence, abuse and exploitation include Karamoja, West Nile, Buganda and Acholi targeting 34 districts over a 5-year period.

IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

ICCA targets to reach all above targeted regions in ten (10) years. It will where it has capacity implement the projects and programs directly, however, ICCA’s main approach of growing its reach and impact shall be through partnerships. ICCA plans to establish four (4) regional offices in West Nile, Karamoja, Teso and Bunyoro. These will complement the coordination efforts by the Head Office that is located in Mukono.
