| Okiria Ivan is a Finance and Accounts Manager with nine years of progressive experience. Ivan is experienced in Operational and Management Accounting with exceptional skills in planning and budgeting; Budget Analysis; Financial Performance reporting; Donor reporting; Liquidity Management; Cash and Bank reconciliations; Financial and Document reviews; Management of both Internal and External Audits; Building Staff Capacity in Financial Management; and in addition to Management of Procurement, Organisation Assets and HR policies and Procedures; and ensuring statutory deductions (WHT/PAYE/VAT) are timely remitted in accordance with the statutory requirements and fleet management. Ivan has solidified this experience in his past assignments with International Rescue committee (IRC) as a Finance Officer; Samaritan’s Purse International Relief as a Finance Officer; and WEDA-Uganda as an Accounts Officer. Ivan’s recent assignment has been with PEAS Uganda as a School Bursar for Toroma Peas High School. Ivan’s Education background includes a Diploma in Accounting from Makerere University Business School; Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Cavendish University Uganda; and Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management: Uganda Management Institute, Uganda.
